Easy-to-peel

Morning

I starved the night for you.

Sunglasses   come on

And inside my limousine

I pretend I am a bountyless

County   where oranges breed

And flourish   flourish and bleed

Ego trips     the size of

Apollonian dreams.

I stand on the dancing bones

Of missionaries.   I conquer

Navels   some people call them

The sun.   Others the flavedo lanterns

That won’t give up.   Fire walks

On a creek.   Fire preaches

Thicker than peel.
