In the Palm of the Erotic
In the Palm of the Erotic is an inquiry, a footpath, an ofrenda of the things that touched me that I touched back. An exploration of the process of the erotic through living, what the biologist-philosopher Andreas Weber describes as the constant transformation of the self through contact with others. A field guide to the world as an erotic place, In the Palm of the Erotic will begin with a touch-list: a catalogue of the material and non-material objects—art, nature, poetry, moments—that pressed themselves into me and what materialized from the interaction: poems, photographs, art-making–relief prints of the erotic as a force of relation.
