The Cave
There are rumors
going round the cave,
that I called you,
that you answered.
Our words might have met
or keep looking for each other endlessly,
we can't remember the question
nor the answer.
We released some screams
into the universe,
words prowl around
lurking in the darkness,
blend among bats with the holes
in the stone, in the water,
the noise grows and grows,
let's see what comes out.
